Welcome

Prague · 25–26 November 2027

An invitation from the chairs

Dear colleagues and friends,

It is our pleasure to invite you to the 1st European Vestibular Conference, held in Prague on 25 and 26 November 2027. Patients with dizziness and imbalance are seen across otology, neurology, audiology and physiotherapy, and too often each of us sees only part of the picture. This meeting is an attempt to put those views side by side for two days.

We have kept the format deliberately compact. There will be invited lectures and free papers, but also enough unscheduled time for the conversations that usually happen in the corridor. Colleagues at every stage of training are welcome, and we particularly encourage younger clinicians and researchers to submit their work.

We look forward to welcoming you to Prague.

About

A meeting for people who see the same patient differently

Dizziness and imbalance are among the most common reasons patients reach specialist care, and among the least consistently managed. Diagnosis crosses otology, neurology, audiology, physiotherapy and imaging, and each discipline still works to a partly separate evidence base.

Over two days, invited lectures, case-based sessions and free papers will cover diagnostic testing, vestibular implantation, Menière's disease, vestibular migraine and rehabilitation after acute loss — with time built in for discussion rather than back-to-back talks.

This first edition is deliberately compact. The aim is a meeting where trainees can ask questions of the people whose protocols they follow, and where centres across Europe can compare what actually works in daily practice.
